Smoked ribs

<p />Here is a picture of my first attemmpt of smoked ribs.
They were awesome :)
Cooked indirect for 2.5 hours basting every 20 minutes with marmalade sauce.

    METMAN,[p] Those look awesome, what was the dome temp and the internal temp when you took them off? I have got to try that. It doesn't look like the sauce burnt at all.
