Leftover Brisket

I cooked two 8 lb flats for a party yesterday. But we had too much other stuff and only sliced one of them. We will start eating it as fast as we can but it's a lot of brisket for the two of us...Can I freeze a cooked brisket? Any other suggestions?

By the way, the brisket we cut was fantastic. My best ever. I impressed my 30 or so guests with brisket, chicken wings and onion pizza, all cooked on one load of charcoal with plenty to spare.
