:ermm: Made this pizza in the large BGE in our outdoor kitchen. I love the diversity of the BGE. If you haven't tried baking Mac & Cheese you are missing something special.

I love that kitchen! Do you have anymore pics of the kitchen area. I'm building my outdoor kitchen as we speak. I came inside to try to find some bolts that I need.

Start by cooking the macaroni on the stove and drain
-butter a heavy casserole dish or a dutch oven
-layer macaroni, salt and pepper
-dot with pads of butter over macaroni
-spread thick layer of sharp chedder cheese
-repeat layers (usually about two layers in dish
-make a white sauce using 4C milk 1/4C butter, salt and pepper to taste, 1/2tsp of garlic, 1/2tsp dry mustard powder, heat mixture until butter melts
-mix 2T corn starch with a little cold water, stir into milk mixture until thickened
-pour over macaroni layers
-use a table knife to poke through the macaroni around edges and center but do not stir cover dish with heavy tinfoil
-Put pizza stone on platsetter and place casserole dish on pizza stone in center of egg
-bring egg to 375-400 for 30 minutes than remove tinfoil and continue baking for about 15 minutes until top of macaroni is crispy brown. -
Fantastic! Can't wait to give it a go as the little one's (and big) will love it I'm sure.

Great pictures of your kitchen. I want to be just like you when I grow up. Thanks for the Mac and Cheese recipe also. Would like to see more pics of your kitchen as well.

Just want to add some more pix of our outdoor kitchen, and yes--I am the other half of Wilby. We love this kitchen, and spend as much time as we can out here--egging with friends who love our cooking!

Great outdoor kitchen.
What kind of pizza stone is that? It does not look like a BGE one.
Greg -
It's not a BGE, it's Pampered Chef. I have heard some don't like PC, but it's worked good for us.

My wife used to sell pampered chef, and I thought that was what is was.
She will not let me use it on the EGG since the Naked Whiz states it is not "touch" enough.

How often have you used it on your EGG? At how high a temperature?
