Left over king crab meat- what can I do with it?

Last night had to make room in the freezer for other stuff. I cooked all of our crab legs. Of course, we couldn't eat all of them. I just spent an 1hour+ digging the meat out of the legs. Unfortunately, it must have continued to cook last night, while I was haveing an extra glass of wine or 2. The long and short of it, I have about 1 3/4 cups of dry shredded crab meat. Any suggestions?

Steeler Fan,[p]I do two things with "leftover" king crab meat. [p]King crab stew is really good. The ingredients are:[p] 2 cups King Crab meat
2 quarts Milk
2 shallots finely chopped
2 Tbsp finely chopped Celery
2 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp Flour
1 tsp chopped fresh Parsley
1/4 tsp Salt
1/3 tsp White Pepper
Paprika[p]Saute the shallot and celery in a little butter, add the rest of the ingredients except the crab and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the crab and simmer for a few more minutes then serve.[p]I also add it to my twice baked potato recipe. King Crab twice baked potatoes are really nice. I am serving them with prime rib for Christmas dinner this year.[p]Have a great Christmas[p]Chuck
