    @Sea2Ski  I'm just getting into making sausage but just can't find the right recipes.  I ran across this thread of yours and am once again inspired!  By chance have you posted your recipes anywhere?

    I want to travel up and make some with @Sea2Ski some time. Can't think of a better way to spend a day.
    Let me know when you are coming up so I know when to be here.  You know, it is fishing season.... fall is usually when I start making it in bulk.

    @Sea2Ski I don't want to put you out, so no worries if it's too much. lkapigian shared some good resources, so I have at least a good starting point.  But you know, tried and true are worth their weight in gold.

    But if you do have them, the ones I'm most interested in are, in order of preference:
    Andouille, kielbasa and breakfast.  

    Of course the brats and Italian looked fantastic too... but I plan to try my hand at the previous three first.
