Haven't posted in a long timee, but this is the only place that people will truly feel my pain. Was wheeling the egg across the street, made it safely to neighbors house. Up driveway, caught a crack and that was it. Tipped and crashed. Shattered base. Top is still good, but that's about it. Pour a little liquor out for her. She was a good Egg. Time for a new one

...I really think the BGE nest should just come with the handler. For what they charge for the nest it should be included. It would help prevent issues such as this one.

You can use some of the broken inner pieces as spacers for a pizza stone, raised direct, etc..

Was just talking to the dealer. Another guy bought an egg yesterday, took it home and tried to lift it by the handles.......dropped and busted
