Or maybe Chicken Rinds, who knows.
For our supper I need some boneless skinless thighs and all the store had was skinned and boned. So I went to work and thought why waste the skin? Scraped as much fat off as I could and rubbed with Jamacian Jerk on one side then on the large because it was hot from making a pork tenderloin for my neighbors
Then on goes the chicken chips
After 2hrs raised direct @ 250
Done at 3hrs. Just like potato chips
These things were damn good but prolly not good fer ya!!

I like the way you think. I would have done something boring like freeze for making stock or something. Well done.Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Better than pork cracklings IMHO.-----------------------------------------analyze adapt overcome2008 -Large BGE. 2013- Small BGE and 2015 - Mini. Henderson, Ky.

We need a good 'Chicken Chip' here at the Chicken Ranch. Maybe we should take Chicken Chips on to go into the Chicken Dip. Or maybe flatten 'em out and run 'em through the printer to make ranch money out of 'em. We could call them Chicken Chits.
I could go on but I'd better stop.
