Picked up a Blackstone

So I picked up a Blackstone for the cottage before the Fourth of July weekend. Now I see what all the rave is about. Cooked breakfast on it every morning along with one lunch and part of a dinner. Did not take long at all to get the top seasoned. I was very impressed with the whole set up. Can't wait to get back up there again to use it.

I agree. I have used mine a ton since I put it together last weekend. I don't think I could go without it anymore. Just made quesadillas in it last night for dinner.Large, Medium, MiniMax, & 22, and 36" Blackstone

Congratulations. You will learn to love it even more as you cook different foods. It's very fast to heat up and clean up, not to mention cook on. I searched for a forum like this one or GreenEggers.com that would allow me to learn even more. I didn't find one, but there are a number of good videos on YouTube that can give you lots of ideas.
Enjoy.

So far I really like it and I haven't done much one it. The thing heats up really, really quick and does not seem to consume a lot of propane for the heat it puts out. I am excited to do more on it this summer, especially this fall come hunting season.

I have the smaller table top model and love, love, love it. Using it is beyond easy. The only thing I don't like about mine is that it makes me want to eat smash burgers seven nights a week. I might have to buy bigger pants.
