Greetings. I've had my LBGE for since mid May and did my first L&S. I'm amazed at how efficient the BGE is. I filled the firebox 3/4 with RO and got it started Saturday night at 9 pm. I put the brisket on at 10 pm for 12 hours, ribs on an hour after for 5 hours, and then cranked the heat up to roast corn and asparagus after the ribs were done. I cooked for 18-19 hours without adding more lump....craziness I tell you, craziness.
