Flatiron, huge tater, and some asparagus. All cooked with Rockwood.

Huge tater went on first indirect. Removed the PS and the star was placed on the CI cooking grid. Lastly, the asparagus which was coated in Tuscan blend EVOO. Pretty damn good. Mmm.

Great cook and presentation. Flat irons are a great steak staple and you nailed it.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
