Wings, Egg rolls and Banana Bread

A Great day when both Eggs are going. Looks like rain, I planted lots of seeds so it probably will not rain.
Started with Banana Bread on the large:
Once, done it was time for the Wings (Oil, Salt, Pepper and Club House BBQ Chicken spice). Had these in the fridge overnight coated with corn starch which made the skin nice and crispy.
Heated up the Egg-Rolls (from Costco):
The End result was a great meal. Of course went for seconds and thirds on the wings.

Great looking plate! I see you have a pan under the wings. Did you cut a hole in the pan for the pole to go through? I have the 3 tier grid but I don't use it much. One thing it was nice for was wingsWhich came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Thanks. For the pan I just place in on the platesetter with the BGE ceramic feet, and put the 3 tier rack on top of that.
