Played around with an Old Bay shrimp boil with Andouille sausage, corn and potatoes. Nice little freest.

We cooked in a disposable half sheet pan for about 45 minutes (first 10 minutes uncovered for smoke peach smoke). Added shrimp for last 20 minutes. So it really steamed in its own juices.

I placed potatoes, corn and sausage with salt and Old Bay in a pan uncovered for 20 min, covered tightly for another 25 min. Added shrimp for the last 20 minutes still covered. Potatoes are the last thing to cook, so don't make them too large. 1 hr 5 min total cooking time.
