Texas Eggfest is in the books and what a great time we had! The best part was meeting so many people from this forum.

Enjoy some photos of the 15 lb prime grade, Tomahawk Prime Rib we made for Egg University. Needless to say we fed a sample to the ENTIRE crowd.
