OK, not much time to cook this weekend, and I have to do loin back ribs in 3 hours or so. I'm thinking turbo ribs at 350. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance....

Give it a go. Make sure to have an air gapped drip pan, or the bottom will burn.

Depends how you like your ribs... Give it a shot, for most it's love/hate.

That should work fine. At higher temps I think you need to be especially careful they aren't hanging over the plate setter. I would also keep the option open for a foil stage. Check them at 2 hours and if they are not close wrap in foil for 45 minutes or so.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Results! Dizzy Pig Crossroads rub and 350ish for 2:40. Pretty fine loin backs. I think not quite as smokey as my usual 5 hour cook, but really good...

Looks great. I like turbo ribs better than all the other variations I have tried.Weber Kettle, Weber Genesis Silver B, Medium Egg, KJ Classic (Black)
