I'be been lurking on the forum a while, probably six months or more. Thanks again for everyone's input as it does make a difference to us newbies. I've done everything from brisket to butts, and everything turned out amazing. Just wanted to post my pizza cook tonight (which isn't my first) to show off the versatility of the egg. Did a medium stuffed crust pepperoni and a medium buffalo chicken. Thanks.

Welcome to the cult. Looks dang goood!!!

Those look spectacular! What did you run for temps?

@powak temp was around 475 dome, made sure stone was preheated. My dough recipe calls for a little bit of sugar, any hotter I tend to burn the bottom of the crust before the top of the pizza is cooked. I like a more controlled cook rather than hot and fast.Madison WI

Stuffed crust sounds awesome. Did you use string cheese or what? Been thinking about trying one.middle of nowhere- G.I. NE

Yes! Just your standard string cheese will make it stuffed. I think I used 9 string cheese for the medium. Be sure to make your pizza dough at least an inch bigger than your stone, crimp over then apply the sauce. You will not be disappointed.Madison WI
