Anybody going to be cooking this weekend at the Island View Casino Que at the View? I'm going to be over there this weekend, but not to cook. I would like to meet some fellow Eggheads. Maybe get a little education on brisket.

The event is this coming weekend @northGAcock.  It's a KCBS Competition in Gulfport, MS. It's actually the first KCBS I ever did. This is my 2nd time competing in it and will make one full year of competing for me!

@SGH is going to come by either Thursday or Friday and Fry up some stuff with me for fun.  I'm hoping to have a lot of people come by our booth because this event is in my hometown.

I'll be going to bed really early friday night. LIke 6 or 7. Because I have to get up to start cooking at 2am.  From 2am till 9am there isn't too much going on. From 10am till 2pm Saturday don't even try to talk to competition teams. We are all balls to the wall getting turn ins ready. After that I'm going to get good and drunk in the parking lot Saturday! And there will be an all you can eat bbq buffet at our booth.
