    Great looking plate brother. Country style ribs are my wife's absolute favorite thing off of the egg.

    I have seen these on rare occasions. Do you cook them like chops or l&s like ribs?

    Kind-of 1/2-n-1/2.  I cooked these at ~275-290 for about almost 2hrs and they melted like butter on my tongue.  I did wrap in foil for the last 45 min or so.
