I think I found a MiniMax cart

I am still debating on it as I want a MiniMax cart. I currently cook with it sitting on ground and its a bit of PITA. Came across this SS cart at costco and I am wondering if I were to keep one side shut at all times with a tile on top if it would make a good MM cart.... Thoughts???

That's a cooler, and from what I have seen here in the US, those are more expensive than a steel cart from Sam's or Costco. Also, I'm not so sure how the inside of it would tolerate heat from the MM, unless you plan to set it on top of the cooler.

I bought a $24.00 table from world market and a ceramic tile. I could put wheels on it, but that means like a drill with a bit or something, and I would have to put down my Cabernet. I am not thinking that would be worth it.

@caliking Sure. You betcha buddy. And these are readily available at most wholesale warehouses like Sam's Club for about $75-$85. Or on Amazon. Manufactured by Seville.

I bought one of the Seville carts via Amazon.com. The only difference is that mine doesn't have the rubber bumpers just above wheels. Added an 18" x 13" tile from Menards. Very stable option.

I have a mini max and find it sits perfectly in a medium nest / handler. Might look on the Canadian equivalent of Craigslist....or look on craigslist. You might find a used one at a reasonable cost.

Mine didn't come equipped with the tile under each of the MM. I got these for

from a comm client on a 86ed product line. Then when I transport I use an extra tile from our home (when I tile I order at least 2 extra boxes "just in case" they break or settle crack later). These work remarkably well on the bed of a truck or park bench top, on the ground, etc It also shields radiant heat which is minimal with the kicks (carrier feet mods).

I was at costco actually and saw these and got me thinking, so figured I might ask my trusty friends that tend to make most of my financial decisions for me lately

The dimensions are 37 in x 19 in x 35.5 in tall, its 304 SS and this was me just exploring my options

@NPHuskerFL The cart you have used to be $200, I just checked Amazon.ca and its going for $150 on sale for $130. The above cooler is SS and could weather pretty well in our winters and I figured it could be a double use. The lid opens on both sides. I just don't like that there is no brackets around the perimeter as on your cart.

I would check different auction sites for SS tables. The cooler would be a disaster I believe w/ too much weight to one side especially at 90 lbs... Good luck on your search!

I got this one from Costco.ca and cut the legs down so the height is the same as my LGE. It has room on the side and locking wheels.

FYI if you have not heard, the MM will fit perfectly in a nest made for a small egg. Works perfect for me.

I got this mechanics cart from Costco last season for $49. It has my mini and MM on it and has a drawer to hold my crap and a shelf below. Works great.

I have that cooler on my deck, it works great as a cooler, but it's narrow, top heavy and has small wheels. I wouldn't like the stability with a 60+ lb egg on top. Buy it if you want it for a cooler, but I don't think you would be happy with an egg on it.

If canugghead sees this he may chime in. He picked up a flat topped steel table with an adjustable shelf underneath. I cut a circle in the top with plasma. Worked well. Similar to the one above. It was for his small but would work

It was $60 at my Sam's not long ago. It was the "Members Mark" brand but looked identical. I don't have any room for it and I almost bought it anyway.

I prefer my Oriental hat its more offensive. Both work good at the pool though.
