Brisket slicing knife....

What knife do you folks use? Smoked a brisket. Best one to date. Moist and juicy...even though it was slightly over done. Even though the knife I used was extremely sharp it could have done a better slicing job...

12" to 14" Granton edge slicer works best for me. Real nice for slicing bacon as well!

A cheap black and decker electric knife works wonders on brisket. Just let the knife do the work and you will get perfect slices every time.

I have the Dexter Scalloped slicer above, which is quite popular here. Others prefer the granton slicer with a smooth blade, seen below.
