I know it is not BGE, but I am really excited about my new Komodo Kamado setup and would like to share with all of you. Hope you don't mind... the excitement is intense!!!
This is a 23" and 32" Komodo Kamado with a custom built table.

They were not cheap but they are just so nice. The build quality is exceptional and they are very responsive. I tried them out today and man was I ever impressed

How is it like to cook on these?

I have yet to cook on them, however, today I did a burn in and was very impressed with the responsiveness. They definitely run different, but still too soon to tell. The moisture inside was amazing, more so then what I am use to with my other kamados and less air flow for some reason than what was required with my other kamados

better ceramics hold even more heat so you need less airflow to maintain temp. the refractory cement took a while to heat up today, but man when you dial the temp in... it doesn't move! I am excited to see how it performs with low and slow. I may just need to grab a brisket or some ribs to cook for this weekend to try it out!!
