I know it is not BGE, but I am really excited about my new Komodo Kamado setup and would like to share with all of you. Hope you don't mind... the excitement is intense!!!
This is a 23" and 32" Komodo Kamado with a custom built table.

They were not cheap but they are just so nice. The build quality is exceptional and they are very responsive. I tried them out today and man was I ever impressed

How is it like to cook on these?

I have yet to cook on them, however, today I did a burn in and was very impressed with the responsiveness. They definitely run different, but still too soon to tell. The moisture inside was amazing, more so then what I am use to with my other kamados and less air flow for some reason than what was required with my other kamados

the refractory cement took a while to heat up today, but man when you dial the temp in... it doesn't move! I am excited to see how it performs with low and slow. I may just need to grab a brisket or some ribs to cook for this weekend to try it out!!
