just put two racks on the LBGE.. Trying Royal Oak and Dizzy Pig for the first time...smoking with some Apple and Pecan wood

They were great! I've got my recipe perfected man.. Took a while... I use the double fry method... Drop them first at about 250-275 degrees for the initial fry.. And then at 375+ for the final fry... Makes the skin perfectly crispy and keeps the meat moist inside.. (I LOVE WINGS lol) @SGHLarge BGE
