    When are they going to learn. first it was Butter, then it was Whole Milk, Then it was Eggs, Then it was Sugar, Smoking, Alcohol, Red Meat, Salt. They study under 700 people and find out that they grilled meat so then OBVIOUSLY, it must cause cancer. The less of this I read, the less I stress. The less stress I have the better I feel. They have found direct links to heart attacks and stress. I think I will go put some butter on my freshly grilled, blue rare, charred Ribeye with a side of poached eggs and Hollendaise sauce, and drink a nice Gin and Tonic and finish it off with a Toke and a Nap.

    Americans eat more processed bullsh!t than all those other countries combined and our FDA is ineffective at protecting our food supply from the manufacturers but good at sucking up to big business lobbyists.

    I have lost 4# in the last 3 weeks and the only thing different is I'm eating meals off the egg and not going out to eat. I agree it's the processed **** that causes the issues. Cheers Eggnation!
