what grade do you use when cooking brisket?

Cooked a wagyu brisket recently. First one of this grade for me . Was almost too rich for my taste. Cook went perfectly.  I think I prefer choice plus or prime. Has this been others experience?

The best you can afford. Or choice is fine. Just try to grab one the is floppy. Yes floppy.

Choice has always been good, accidentally cooked a select lat time and it wasn't very good.

It is a matter of taste and personal choice. Everyone likes something different. With that said, I prefer Wagyu Gold by miles. Its not even close in my book. I like the deep "rich" taste that you mentioned.
