Three peaces Scottish Salmon on a wine soaked buttered cedar plank seasoned with Dizzy Pig's Raging River Rub and Chipolte Rub.
On the Grill Grates @ 450* for ten minutes.
Looks perfectly grilled.
And it was perfectly grilled, served with baked potato and peas. Very tasty we had Jackie's nephew Jeff over for dinner last night.
Thanks for look-in!

I've never planked. Does the wine impart a distinct flavor or does the cedar dominate? It looks deliciousIL

Another great looking meal sir. I too remove the skin and any dark meat @ middle. Never done the wine or butter. What kind of wine? White I assume. Does it fight with the cedar at all?
