Whipped up some Zuke Boats on the large tonight. Ground beef, onions, red bell peppers, homegrown cherry tomatoes, rosemary and feta cheese. Seasoned with Caribeque Island Thyme. Also stuffed a few mini bell peppers with the same thing.

The greatest barrier against all wisdom, the stronghold against knowledge itself, is the single thought, in ones mind, that they already have it all figured out. -

Yeah I've decided to no longer give feedback on your cooks, it's become redundant and boring.
In all seriousness fabulous as always man. Nicely done.I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season. -
Great looking stuff.
BTW, I recently met the guy that created/makes the Caribeque brand of spices and rubs. He was at a BGE dealer/meat market the other day. Nice guy. He really knows his stuff and his way around the BGE as well.
Titusville, Fl. and just bought XL and Med BGE. "Every Day is A Bonus" in my world, and my job is to choke the life out of them. Cancer Sucks.
