Big T-Bone and Shrimp

Cooked a big Ole T-bone tonight along with some badly freezer burned shrimp.  I don't see many T-Bone's posted here so I thought I would post it.  Seasoned the steak with just S and P and put on the Mini Max for 2 min/side and then another minute or so with the vents closed up. 

The freezer burned shrimp were also pretty decent, seasoned with DP dust and cooked in a small aluminum pan, nice contrast between the dizzy dust and freezer burn flavor!
