Last cook for at least three weeks. Next two Monday's are right eye and left eye surgeries and smoke irritation is a no-no.

Best of luck on the procedures. Man oh man, I do not think I could have picked a better menu! FWIW, 3M makes a relatively inexpensive full face shield complete with air filters, that fits snugly around the face not to let vapors or smoke in. I have to use these for work.
