Happy 4th of July Weekend...

Hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable holiday weekend with their family & friends... I have a feeling there will be some amazing cooks posted on the forum by everyone.
Not sure what I'll be cooking this weekend...
First up, today having mom over later... thinking beef, steaks or kabobs maybe... Something simple.
Heading to my BIL & SIL tomorrow for a party... thinking about doing ribs today for that, or cooking a bunch of sausage
I'm sure there will be a fair amount of adult beverages around along with a few cigars at least...

Thanks guys! Just got back from a beer, Titos, and ice run. Egg nice and stable and the ribs are on... Hickory & peach for smoke... Once they're done, it'll be some veggies, and then some caveman filets and ribeyes

Well, God bless her! My mom will be 80 in Oct. and sounds a lot like yours in terms of keeping active. A year or so ago she even got her concealed carry permit. Not sure what her plans are now that they've passed open carry there in Texas.hapster said:
