After many years of cooking on my WSM, Mini WSM and Weber kettle, I decided to jump in with both feet. I went with the Large and the Mini Max. It's been about 2 weeks now and I could not be happier. I had to add some Michigan swag to the table and it turned out ok. I'm looking forward to sharing and learning from everyone.
