Everything I ever tried out of the cookbook is good. Page 83 has another tenderloin-this with yam puree. Tasty!

I'm not sure where the peaches came from. They were a bit tough, but grilling them helped make them a touch more tender than their raw counterparts. I brushed some of the peach BBQ sauce on the cut side the last 5-7 minutes they were on to assist some carmelization and char.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------Strongsville, OhioYes.
