    Can't wait for the peaches to start rolling in for the summer.  Did you put anything on your peaches when you grilled them?

    Everything I ever tried out of the cookbook is good. Page 83 has another tenderloin-this with yam puree. Tasty!

    Where are the peaches originating from? A bit early for local peaches....how are the? My mouth is watering.

    I'm not sure where the peaches came from. They were a bit tough, but grilling them helped make them a touch more tender than their raw counterparts. I brushed some of the peach BBQ sauce on the cut side the last 5-7 minutes they were on to assist some carmelization and char.
