You ever do mushrooms?
Beeyootiful weather today, so I just took my time.
Sunshine, tunes, and my Egg. Why rush?!
Stuffed some mushrooms with bleu cheese. Included shrimp in half, pineapple chunks in the other half.
All were wrapped in bacon, of course.
We'll have these again - and often.
(Cameo appearances by Country Style Ribs and Boneless Chicken Breasts)

My go to is cream cheese and crispy chorizo stuffing. Love doing mushrooms on the egg.Mt Elgin Ontario - just a Large.

I love stuffed mushrooms. Have tried lots of different stuffing but never wrapped them in bacon or used pineapple, on the list. Those look great. How did you get the bacon to stay?

Thanks, @Legume .Used a toothpick to hold bacon when wrapped around the side. That only used about 3/4 of the bacon strip. The remaining piece was just draped over the top.
Cooked slowly (250°, dome) so that the bacon on top constricted enough to just stay in place.

The shrooms and the entire meal look amazing. I'm just a little disappointed you didn't wrap the chicken and country ribs in bacon.
No barkin from the dog, no smog, and Sardonicus cooked dinner with all hog.
Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -

Yeah, try 'em if you like blue cheese. With pineapple or with shrimp - both were good. If forced to at gunpoint, I would give the pineapple 1/10th of a point more than the shrimp.

That meal looks incredibly good, and the mushrooms are a beautiful golden color. I do a lot of mushrooms on the grill, generally marinated and then grilled direct at 400. It's the closest I get to steak.
