THIS WEEKEND I AM GOING TO SMOKE 4 6-7 LBS. BUTTS, PREVIOUSLY USING A VERTICAL WATER SMOKER THIS TOOK ABOUT 10 HOURS 250 DEGREES, I JUST GOT A NEW EGG, HOW LONG SHOULD I ALLOW FOR COOKING, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND TIME IS OF NO REGARD THIS WEEKEND, HOWEVER I WAS THINKING OF PUTTING THEM ON LATE FRIDAY NIGHT, TEMP AT A CONSTANT 200 DEGREES, I JUST DON'T WANT TO WAKE UP WITH BURNT/DRY BUTTS, I WOULD LIKE TO COOK FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE, ANY ADVICE WOULD BE APPRECIATED THANKS, JASON, EVANSVILLE, INDIANA
