Decided to go Turbo Butt for the 16 pounds of Boston Butt for pulled pork. Also tried injecting with a rub and apple juice for the first time. Gotta say that it was probably the best pulled pork off the egg to date.

Followed by doing 3 racks of ribs to fill out the proteins side of the meal.

All in all, the 20 family members ate well.
