The chops definitely look great. But that corn really has my attention. Of all the vegetables out there, grilled corn is about tops for me.

How were the pork chops? Still soft .. the reason I ask is I always tend to overcook them and it becomes hard. Then I tasted a pork chop that Dr. BBQ made at the Sunshine Eggfest and he told me that he pulled them out at 140.
The meal looks fantastic and it is something I will definitely try to make. Your cooks are really inspiring me to cook almost everyday on the BGE.LBGE & MiniOrlando, FL -
@Mattman3969 not a problem at all! Hope you enjoy it!

When standards were reduced for pork to 145° I was taking it off at 140°, however for my tastes, I didn't care for it. Could be in my head. I have found I like mine around 150°-155°.
Thank you for your kind words. I appreciate you telling me that.------------------------------

My little girl is 13.5 months now, she slept through the night up until October of last year (7 months old). Got croup and started teething and hasn't slept well since. However, she slept all night last night, so I know you're feeling as good as I right now.------------------------------
