Simple is best sometimes. Fresh Salmon fillets with Dizzy Pig's Tsunami Spin. Cut up some squash, bell pepper, and mushrooms then sprinkled with salt and pepper. Cooked at 400 until the fish was done and veggies were tender but still had a little crunch. Awesome!
