We are a dealer of BGE, with seven stores in Maryland, northern Virginia, and Fredericksburg, VA.
I am looking for dedicated Eggheads who are interested in conducting demos of the BGE in front of our stores, on Saturdays, from mid-April through Labor Day. The time is tentatively scheduled from 10A-3P (allowing 10A-11A for starting the BGE and doing any pre-prep, and 2P-3P for cool-down, etc.)
We would supply all necessary materials, including the BGE, food, utensils, etc.
All you need is your enthusiasm for BGE, your ability to talk to crowds and engage people, and your ability to have fun!
This would be a paid position.

Ahh, the way fests should be. You want cooks to demo and sell your product, you pay for the food! I happen to be in Fbg right now, but just visiting. What's the name of your store?
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

I am still in the market for some Eggheads to help with BGE demos this summer! Our stores are in the Baltimore metro and D.C. metro/northern VA areas.
We will pay for food used for the demo (there is a budget so no lobster, please!) as well as compensate you for time and travel.

IMO…the better company money would be spent creating incentives for your employees to Demo Cook.
This would save you money in the long run and also increase your sales because your employees would know the product and be able to better the BGE products ALL WEEK as well as quote prices while they cook. This is how my local dealer handles it. They almost always have something cooking on the grill in front of their store.Thank you,DarianGalveston Texas -

Hi Photo Egg -- I appreciate your suggestion. And while we have MANY employees who are Eggheads and would love to do cooking demos, we also sell other products and are busy in our patio furniture season. I need our employees to work in the stores on busy weekends. That is why I'm reaching out to the Egg-world for help in doing demos.

Hmmm... I live in the Perry Hall/White Marsh area and would love to do something like this, but I have limited time. What kind of time commitment is needed?

Just went back and re-read the first post. So I see it is Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm. Would it be the same store every week, or would I have to travel around to every store?

Hi mlamb01 -- thanks for your interest! The demos would not be every week, most likely it would be two Saturdays/month.
We are also considering moving the time to 1-5. Would this new time be OK for your schedule?
Would the store in Hunt Valley be of interest to you?
