Tried my hand at making jerk chicken for the first time, and I'm glad I did. Marinated some chicken thighs for a couple hours. Didn't see any Walkerswood at the store so I picked up a bottle of World Harbors jerk marinade. Cooked the chicken raised direct at 400. I put a tin foil packet of allspice berries, thyme, and rosemary sticks on the grill as well. Paired the chicken with some rice & peas, added a Red Stripe to the mix...felt like I was on the island.
