We are having a great time in SW Florida. Tonite is a prime rib roast "prime grade". I have it on the grill with some cherry chips at 250. I will get it up to about 125 and then reverse sear.
Menu:
Ceasar Salad
Prime rib with au jus, twice baked potatoe (with cheese, onions, garlic), fresh corn, asparagus
Key Lime pie
some adult beverages
Happy Easter to all of you!

That is just plain beautiful. I have looked at many a rib roast, and that is one of the best pics I have seen.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
