Hi all. I'm Jeff located just outside of Chicago in the western suburbs. I purchased a LBGE on New Years Day 2014 and haven't looked back since. I used this resource often while first getting started with the egg and and greatly appreciate the wealth of information on this forum. Apologies for not posting earlier, we had just moved into a house and had another baby so things were a bit crazy for a while.
Looking forward to contributing and getting to know everyone. I'll be throwing on a 4 pound blade chuck roast in a few hours for pulled beef! I'll be sure to post pictures.

I don't know what the local egg scene is like there in Naperville, but we have an eggfest @ June 20. There is also the Peoria one @ June 6. Love to have you as a cook or taster if interested. It's about hour and fifteen minutes west of you. I think my nephew in St Charles is coming out this year. Happy egging.
