It's been busy lately, so I haven't had too much time for the forum. I snapped a few pics along the way though. I have no idea what order these will turn out, so I apologize in advance!

Is that mac and cheese plated next to the ribs ? Good now I'm hungry again... Very nicely done!!I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

You are teasing Raichlen aren’t you. Awesome.Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!

Thx guys. @blind99 , that is a flat iron steak. One of our favorite cuts. Grilled it on the mini over direct high heat. The potatoes were done inside and inspired by @Chubbs. Whole fingerlings are best, but these were slightly larger so I improvised. Tossed them with EVOO, S&P, fresh rosemary and an ample amount of fresh garlic. In the oven at 400 deg f for one hour. No tossing needed. They've become a household favorite! Thx again to Chubbs!

Lol! Yeah, I've been going back deleting old photobucket pix. Raichlen upset me a little with the pic thing.
@Scottborasjr, yep, it's our 5 ingredient Mac n Cheese. 8 oz of noodles, 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup mayo, 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar and cracker crumbs to finish. Oh, and S&P to taste. 325 deg f in the oven for about 35 min or so. Easy and tasty. -
Great looking food and pictures. Every pic has a nice focal point. Love the steak and potato plate.
Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.

@paqman , sorry 'bout that. I was sort of vague. Boil 8 oz uncooked noodles until they're done, strain and then stir them in a bowl along with 1 cup mayo, 1 cup sour cream, 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese and S&P. Place the mixture in a casserole dish and sprinkle the top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 325 deg f for about 35 min.

It is pretty much the same thing as this Dukes Mayo recipe. (If you call 4 ingredients a "recipe.") lol. Only things we do different are the cracker crumbs and we give it few more minutes in the oven. The cheese can get a little greasy without the cracker crumbs. And it always takes a few more minutes in our oven for some reason.

Wow. Those cooks look amazing. I can see why Steve's lackeys would use them. Great cooks with equally well taken photos. They don’t want a population of citizens capable of critical thinking. They don’t want well informed, well educated people capable of critical thinking. They’re not interested in that. That doesn’t help them. That's against their interests. - George Carlin

You always impress with your cooks. It might be too late, but could you have just created a new folder in your photobucket and moved all your pictures to it? It would break all the old links and give a new location to where you moved them. The old pics still wouldn't appear on forums, but you wouldn't have had to delete them and lose them.
