This was tooooo good not to post
First of all sorry for the 1 crappy pic with the fork. Had no intention of posting until I had the first bite. Had a big chunk of pork loin that I intended to stuff today. Well, didn't get around to it so I just cut off a couple of 2 inch thick chops. Rubbed with DP Jamaican Firewalk, reverse sear, 250 till 115*, then a quick sear till 145* WOW
