@RossinVentura - Very nice!!! This is Tom in Santa Paula. Don't know if you know about the Ventura II being in port today. They come once a month and have fresh Ahi, Wahoo, Mahi, shrimp, etc. Worth stopping down at the Ventura harbor - just follow the TUNA signs. Ahi is $15.75/lb.

Excellent BBQ at Melissa Cookston's Memphis BBQ when I lived in Memphis. I still think it was strange though that it was actually located in Mississippi. I still get her rub and sauce shipped to me every now and then.
By by the way great looking ribs. You make me feel like a Neanderthal though by using a brush for the mustard. I guess I have not evolved enough by still using my meat hooks for the mustard.Franklin, TN Medium and large Green Egg -
