You should let the roast drip into the taters.

Looking great so far. Those taters sound great. It sounds like a Purrrrrrrfect meal.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

On the sear, I'll throw this on for a grilled romaine salad...

Here are the remainder of photos from this cook.Got a little rushed thought the roast would be good, but not so much. A little too rare, however I put some au jus on the steak and placed back on the grill and it was outstanding. The grilled romaine salad was the stuff, PERIOD! If you have never done this, do it! However, I forgot I had blue cheese that I wanted to have on the salad, but as I said, I forgot, and I had some fresh mozzarella instead. Still good. The potatoes were awesome! Will be doing these again soon!Coated well with worcestershire sauce, then mixture of salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, and some cow lick. The potatoes....The setup...Ohhh... they looking good meow!YummmooooBefore the sear....The grilled romaine, tomatoes, and green onions...The sear going down!Done...The finished salad...Plating sucked.. I was hungry... Baby was hungry and fussy... I hurried and it showed...Had some horseradish sauce to go along with the roast.------------------------------

Too rare? :-O was it walking? Looks good to me.

I shouldn't have tried and rushed things. I pulled about 105° to 110° them seared. Normally I go 115 to 120°. Either way it was still a great meal.theyolksonyou said:Too rare? :-O was it walking? Looks good to me.

@blind99 at this point that's understood at my house. Of course, I'm also housing other people's kids all weekend. :-??

Thanks @CowtownEgger , @greg345, and @blind99.
@blind99 , nah, she's used to me doing the photo shoots now.. That's been going on way before the egg.
However, for this meal, I didn't spend any time on plating, so not a lot of time spent there. . I was running behind, kid was fussy, and we were all hungry.------------------------------
