Thanks guys!! However. I'm not at all happy about the pork. I normally cook better than that. The fat didn't render like i think it should have and the grease is almost overwhelming. I think it was cooked at too high of a temp for such a large piece. IF I cook another big one. I'm keeping the heat at 250.
