Never a doubt-most eggcellent cook and presentation. Congrats on that brisket. Friggin greatness right there!Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Touchdown! Those slices...you are a machine with the knife.Also those veggies...I noticed those the other day so I am assuming they are as good as they look and needed a repeat. Where did you get that CI piece? Looks handy for the egg...small handles.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Hey Blake, nice cook. Love the graph. Looks like there is a tiny stall at about 160 degrees. Your graph and mine look very similar in shape, except that monitoring manually, I missed any hint of a stall.
Wonder what the cause of the knee in the IT curve is 140 degrees. Anybody know why the temp vs time slopes change there?

Thanks everybody for all your kind comments. I appreciate it
@SmokeyPitt CI from Amazon I believe. 10" fluted CI pie pan (Camp Chef).
@Jeepster47 not sure about the time/temp slopes.
This one was my best thus far. Thanks again @fusionhq B-)LBGE 2013 & MM 2014Die Hard HUSKER & BRONCO FANFlying Low & Slow in "Da Burg" FL -
Looks amazing Blake. Nicely done!I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

@Scottborasjr Thanks Husker brotha!
Most of the point was left after we all over indulged. So I was able to vacuum save into 2 separate bags the point for later use. :-)LBGE 2013 & MM 2014Die Hard HUSKER & BRONCO FANFlying Low & Slow in "Da Burg" FL -
Thank you @anton The veggies were last minute because we didn't want em to go bad. They are good in the CI with the fresh grated cheese and touch of smoke. I tent them with foil the first 20 or so minutes and then uncovered for the remainder. I think it gives them a nice flavor and color.LBGE 2013 & MM 2014Die Hard HUSKER & BRONCO FANFlying Low & Slow in "Da Burg" FL

@StillSmoken I followed the brisket recipe from @EggObsessed the first time I made it (awesome). Last few times we've used family recipes and built off of them & used brisket point (around 4-7#) and it has been nothing short of delicious. Nothing better than enjoying some fresh & hot chili on a brisk winter day. We love it.LBGE 2013 & MM 2014Die Hard HUSKER & BRONCO FANFlying Low & Slow in "Da Burg" FL
