My belly is about to burst! HuskerMaMa made this for brunch. Dinner will be served a little later than usual now. 
This had some roasted Hatch Chile's we did on the egg, 3 over medium eggs, Huddle House Biscuits, assortment of beans, shredded cheeses, S&P, salsa & sour cream.
