XXL #82 out of the first 100, XLGE X 2, LBGE (gave this one to daughter 1.0) , MBGE (now in the hands of iloveagoodyoke daughter 2.0) and lots of toys

Leg quarters are the real prime cut of chicken. Moist and flavorful. Nice!

Lowly? Why do you say that? I eat WAY more chicken than anything else. I actually prefer breast meat, but there's sure nothing wrong with a quarter, especially when still warm!
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

The chicken leg quarter is a misunderstood part of the chicken. I can prove it. On sale at Shop Rite, Perdue Chicken legs $1.39 a pound. Perdue chicken thighs, $1.39 a pound, Perdue chicken quarters.....99cents a pound! Save 40 cents for one swipe of the knife. Nice work as always Doc!XL BGE; Medium BGE; L BGE
