Brother has had a BGE for a couple years now and I finally broke down and purchased one. This site delivers when it comes to tips and recipes. I hope I can contribute some. Been using a mastebuilt electric smoker for years but never really gets the flavor I been looking for.
So far I have done 2 cooks. Ribs, both beef and pork on the first go and reverse seared tri tip on my 2nd (pics of tri tip below). I am blown away at the ease of use and temp control on this bad boy! Look forward to getting some racks to expand my cooking area as I got the Large egg. Not sure my wife will cook much going forward, lol!
