Stopped by Fresh Market and picked up some Ahi Tuna for me and Scallops for da Mrs.
Ahi prepped with Soy Sauce and Sesame seeds
Scallops seasoned with S&P and a touch of Ancho Chili Powder
CI is heating up as I type. Will report back later.

I sear mine with the two seeds as well evoo, a lil montreal..the sseeds when heated put off a wonderful oil..and of course WASABI!
