Started out making some ABTs and was enjoying the drizzly 50℉ breezy day with a hot cup of homemade Mexican Hot Chocolate. HuskerMaMa starts with a little mix but, has her own touch to it. Perfect in this cooler weather with the Christmas scents all around.
We then discovered Lili Ann's Christmas PJs are gonna have to be returned. They're a little too snug. :o3
Massive Juicy Lucy's with fresh moz in 3 of em and the other 3 with fresh moz & what was left of the ABT stuffing.
Seared on the MM at 500℉ direct.
& Some Dogs.
Finished & Plated.
We then discovered Lili Ann's Christmas PJs are gonna have to be returned. They're a little too snug. :o3

I bought the big variety pack. I haven't had one I didn't like. The Angry Orchard Cinnful Apple is pretty good too. And as always the Cidre Apple is good as well. It's a nice treat around the holidays. That and hot cocoa with Hot Damn or Fireball is a good zinger. But, I have much love for my lagers, IPAs, ales and stouts.Jeremiah said:Awesome Lucy's. @caliking just used my hand/palm and rotated/spun around almost like making pizza pie. Family requested I don't make them quite as massive on the next go round (but, what if @SGH shows up and I make dainty burgers :-O). 6 burgers from 80/20 Ground Chuck made for some massive Lucys. About 10 heaping Tablespoons of Mickeys rub into the 5# of beef and then par froze the formed burgers. A llittle S&P while cooking.
